You can download TrueSizer Pro here. To re-install it you will need to have your serial number at hand.

When does my TrueSizer Pro License expire?

The license does not expire, however there is a maximum of three activations per license.

Where can I find my Activation Key and Product Key?

The term Activation Key and Product Key refer to the same Key and can be found in the order confirmation email.
The Key will look something like XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXX.

Is it possible to import the custom thread charts into TrueSizer Pro?

Yes, it is possible to import the custom thread charts into TrueSizer Pro. Please follow the instruction below:
   1)    Find the custom thread chart files in RES folder of ES e3 installation folder(C:\Program Files\Wilcom\EmbroideryStudio_e3.0\RES), the file format is .TCH file
   2)    Select those .TCH files
   3)    Do “Copy
   4)    Go to RES folder of TrueSizer Pro (C:\Program Files\Wilcom\TrueSizerPro_e3.0\RES)
   5)    Do “Paste
Note: the customer thread charts will appear in the thread chart list in TrueSizer Pro.

"A valid license to run Wilcom TrueSizer Pro could not be found" occurs when launching TrueSizer Pro e3

The issue is caused by inadequate HASP driver installation. It can be resolved by reinstall HASP driver. Please open the TrueSizer Pro Support Note pdf file for the procedure of reinstall HASP driver.

TrueSizer Pro e3 cannot start up, it stays at the splash screen forever

The issue is caused by "Web Companion". It can be resolved by uninstalling "Web Companion" from your PC.

"Waiting until sentinel LDK run time environment is available" occurs when launching TrueSizer Pro e3

The issue is caused when two versions of sentinel dongle driver have been installed and is conflicting with each other. Please open the TrueSizer Pro Support Note pdf file for the solution by clicking on the link.

I haven’t received the confirmation email yet… What should I do?

If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few hours of your TrueSizer Pro purchase, please check your junk e-mail folder just in case the confirmation email was delivered there instead of your inbox.
