Sydney, Australia: October 23, 2014 – The fourth Software Update e3.0V for EmbroideryStudio and DecoStudio was announced today and will become available on the 27th of October (EmbroideryStudio) and the 29th October (DecoStudio). This update comes as a part of Wilcom’s continuing initiative to provide users with the highest quality, up-to-date software. Customers will be prompted with an automatic update request when they start their software.
The improvements that come with e3.0V are geared towards meeting the needs of new and current users alike. The main scope of the update is to provide language support for Arabic and Russian users and to further improve the TrueType font conversion engine for non-European characters, with special attention to Korean text. The e3.0V update also sees improvements in the Lettering Kiosk with the inclusion of customizable monograms.
Specific concerns and requests that came with the previous (e3.0Q) update have been addressed. General improvements address issues such as removal of overlaps with applique objects, sequin fill reshaping, as well as ‘Copy & Paste’ errors. Additionally there are a number of system improvements. These include the updated HASP dongle driver, and more.
The e3.0V update is intended for installation with any released (already installed) version of Wilcom e3.0 software. It also includes all improvements and fixes contained in interim updates from e3.0H through e3.0R.
