Getting Help When Using Hatch Embroidery Software

When using the software you'll see the Toolboxes on the left. When you click on them, they open up in a drop down format and you can select the tools you want to use. If you want to find out more about each specific tool, simply hover over it with your mouse and press the F1 key on your keyboard. This opens up the relevant section of the online User Guide.

The various sections of the User Guide correspond with the 'toolboxes' of the software and explain the use of the tools within the 'toolboxes' in great detail. When you use the F1 key while using Hatch Embroidery, as explained above, you will be directed to the relevant section of the User Guide.

Although there is a lot of information in and around your site and this post is a good summoning up of where to find those. However if as a Hatch user you are not a Facebook, Twitter or Instagram user too there is no place to access those hints and tips you according to the post hand out there or interact with other users. Would you consider creating a forum on your website that can be accessed using the username and password we have when owning Hatch for the users who are not keen on social media and all that entails? The Easter competition that was recently mentioned in your newsletter was for Facebook users only and that is rather sad for those of us who do not use that platform at all. I appreciate your blog very much. Thank you for the information you distribute this way.

Hi Marianne - thank you so much for taking the time to send us your feedback. Starting our own forum is something that is in discussion and you may see in the future.

We understand not everyone is on social media. You can however register a Facebook account and use an alias and have a profile picture of something abstract so that you personally can remain anonymous. This will open up a whole world of people who are discussing Hatch Embroidery and sharing ideas.

Es wäre sehr gut wenn ihre Internetseite auch in deutsch zu lrsen wäre. Es sind doch viele Deutsche die ihr Programm nutzen aber nicht lesen können.

Hallo Bärbel, du kannst die Sprache der Software auf Deutsch einstellen und das Online-Benutzerhandbuch ist auch auf Deutsch verfügbar.
